What is eForms?
eForms are (automatic e-mail) for customer order documents. eForms eliminates the paper and US Mail, delivering your order information in real time. Customers will still be able to view and track order status on our web site, but by opting in for e-forms, we will be able to push documents electronically rather than through US Mail. Opting in for e-forms will get each document to the right department/person at your location.

Now you can receive paperless statements in Real Time for Order Acknowledgements, Shipment Notifications (ASN), Invoices, and Product pricing, promotions, and/or discontinuations. - Customizable recipient sign-ups so the right form goes to the right person Reps can receive these e-statements for their customer’s orders. Options for two e-mail addresses per notification so both recipients get notified in real time - Customizable eForm format selection. When will the paper statements stop?
Once you are set-up on eForms and acknowledge receipt from eForms we will stop sending your account paper statements. As a company Speakman will stop mailing statements as of October 31st, 2011
